Unique technology
1. Multiple anti-ignition and short-circuit protection to ensure the reliability of the machine
(1) The power supply has a current upshoot suppression circuit, which can effectively suppress the thousands of amperes of current upshoot generated by the short circuit of the high-voltage output.
(2) The short circuit of the high-voltage output will produce instantaneous high-voltage interference through the ground wire and feed back to the power grid, and the special discharge protection circuit of the power supply ensures that other equipment and the power supply itself are not damaged or interfered with.
(3) The short circuit of the power supply will cause a sudden change in the current in the circuit, and the sensitive current detection circuit will start the current limiting power control circuit within 10us when the current exceeds the protection set value to ensure that the output current is controlled within the set value.
(4) The short circuit of the power supply will cause the high-voltage voltage to drop, and the voltage drop flashing detection circuit will detect the ignition and short-circuit of the load at the first time, and start the protection circuit in time.
2. High-pressure and low-pressure separation design
In order to protect the personal safety of the user to the greatest extent, the power supply is designed with two chassis for the low-voltage part of the control stage and the high-voltage part of the output stage, the user adjusts the power supply part for the low-voltage cabinet, and the high-voltage part is completely sealed in the high-voltage chassis, and the machine shell is grounded at the same time, so as to completely isolate the high-voltage part from the operator.
